Export a Cherwell Database as a CZAR File

In the Cherwell Admin client, go to the "Database" settings and choose "Export Data". Then choose "Export entire system" and "Export structure and lookup table data" (if sharing the lookup table data is not allowed by your data security policy, "Export table structure only" is usually enough), choose a filename to save as, and click "OK".
