Getting a copy of your database from Ivanti

Ivanti provides this help article which details the whole process. However, it comes with a few caveats:

1. You want a BAK file (the whole database). This is the most important note.
2. Because the files are extremely large, they tend to get corrupted enough to be annoying. If you suspect your file is corrupt, IMMEDIATELY reach out to Ivanti support to get a new one.
3. Ivanti keeps backups for 30 days, even after your license expires.
